Why Choose Water Cremation?
Water Cremation for Pets, mimics what would take place in nature. Under a gentle flow of water and alkali, the body is reduced to its essential elements, leaving behind the calcium phosphate (bones).
As our process does not subject your small pet to excessive force and heat as it would during flame cremation, you can be rest assured, that they are being treated in the most gentle and sustainable option, allowing more cremains (what is commonly referred to as ashes) being returned to you.
Create a Remembrance They Deserve
There is nothing that can truly prepare us for losing an animal we love. Fortunately, there are so many ways that we can celebrate their lives. Our range of sustainable, biodegradable urns and memorabilia will create a beautiful keepsake for a lifetime of memories.
We understand the enormous impact of little pets on your life, so we want to provide meaningful ways to remember them. After your final goodbyes, you can take your pet home in one of the following urns:
Paper Scattering/Burial Pet Urn
Bamboo Scattering/Burial/Memorial Pet Urn

Ceramic Urns and Vessels
Custom Carved Pet Memorial Plaque

From Grief, Comes Growth
In Honour of your Exotic/Pocket Pet, we arrange for a Living Legacy Tree to be planted on your behalf.
Blue Leaf Water Cremation has partnered with Carbon Positive Australia, which carries out various projects throughout Perth and Western Australia. From planting pocket forests at local schools, regenerating eroded lands in the Wheatbelt that were once cleared for farming or planting out future campgrounds in our National Parks, Carbon Positive Australia is supporting community climate action for a healthier environment.

Transfer
Your pet is gently placed and lovingly wrapped within our 100% Cotton Homemade Shroud. (No plastic cadaver bags). They will be transferred with respect and dignity at all times, in our custom fitted vehicle.
Arrival
Upon arrival at our facility, your pet’s weight will be confirmed and if requested, keepsakes such as nose/paw prints, fur clippings, feather and foot impressions will be collected.
Water Cremation
Other than your pet’s numbered identification tag, all other non-organic items such as collars, blankets and toys will be removed and stored during the cremation process.
